Current Positions Available
SPRING 2020 INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Project:Conservation is seeking remote, part-time interns to join our close-knit team. Internships can be completed for academic credit or as an un-paid work experience opportunity.
Specifically, we are seeking interns interested in one or more of the following areas:
Social Media + Digital Marketing Interns
Social media and digital marketing interns will work closely with our field production team to develop new content and assist in the development of workflow processes as well as social media and digital marketing strategies. Social media savvy is a must for this position and preference will be give to applicants with an interest and/or experience in global conservation.
Grant Writing Interns
Grant writing interns will assist in the research, development, and writing of grant proposals to foundations and other grant-making organizations on behalf of Project:Conservation. Interns for for this position must be detail-oriented, have strong English communication skills – written and oral, and be able to adhere to strict deadlines.
Preference will be given to applicants with prior grant writing experience and/or related coursework. This position is ideal for someone interested in pursuing a career in grant writing.
Time Commitment & Other Requirements:
We are seeking interns who can commit to 10-15 hours/week for a minimum of 3 months (duration can be adjusted according to intern’s and Project:Conservation’s needs). Schedule is flexible and will be set at the beginning of the internship.
Please note that all of Project:Conservation’s internship opportunities are virtual/online position and will requires access to reliable internet and the ability to access and use our computer-based software programs.
